In 2004 I set up a 2.5g. nano-reef in my college dorm room. It was inconvenient & difficult to put my hand in the tank to clean the glass with a razor; all the magnet cleaners on the market were too large and obtrusive to keep in a nano. To make my life easier and solve my problem, over spring break I developed the Nimble Nano™ aquarium cleaner. I eagerly posted a DIY thread online, to my surprise people just wanted to buy them. With their feedback came the ‘larger’ Nimble Super™ and more refinements. After casting them in my backyard for 6 years, today Nimbles™ are factory made in America.
